Your puppy will be hand-delivered from the breeder’s doorstep to your home by one of our professional pet transportation partners. Within 72 hours of adoption, you’ll receive your puppy’s delivery week, with final details confirmed about one week before arrival.
For safe travel, puppies must be at least 8 weeks old and weigh 2.5 pounds or more. Puppies under 2.5 pounds may travel at 12 weeks, per federal guidelines. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on vet checks and scheduling.
A practical option for you and your puppy, this white-glove service delivers your new companion to a meeting location typically 20 minutes to 2 hours from your home.
Delivery is managed by our partner, Premier Pet Transport (PPT), using state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled Mercedes Sprinter vans—customized for puppies and staffed with two dedicated drivers for safety and comfort.
